Yes, both our Thibodaux and Napoleonville facilities offer temperature-controlled units. These are highly recommended to protect your sensitive items—like electronics, wooden furniture, and important documents—from Louisiana's intense heat and humidity.
How do I pay my storage bill?
For your convenience, we offer a secure Online Bill Pay portal. You can easily manage your account, update your information, and make rent payments from your phone or computer at any time.
Is it easy to load and unload my items?
Absolutely. We designed our facilities for incredibly easy access. Both locations offer ground-floor units and complimentary on-site dollies and handcarts to help transport heavy or bulky items. Additionally, our Thibodaux location features wide drive-up access so you can pull your vehicle right up to your unit door.
How secure are your storage facilities?
Security is a top priority. Both locations feature continuous recording from security cameras and secure units to ensure your personal belongings, business inventory, or college gear remain safe while in our care.
Can I store business items here?
Yes. Our facilities are ideal for commercial storage. We offer large units for inventory, 24/7 access so you can grab what you need before the workday starts, and a dedicated Business Center at our Thibodaux location.
When can I access my storage unit?
Both our Thibodaux and Napoleonville locations feature true 24-hour access. You can securely enter the facility and visit your unit 24/7, 365 days a year.
